- Each Rental will include:

        - Set up, training and break down
        - Blowers, tarps, weights (if on hard 

s,        surface) extension cords and

           generators (addtional charge for

           generator) 

        - An Inspection before and after each use

        - A cleaning and disinfection after each

          use
  - In accordance with state regulations, we

     maintain proper insurance and licensing.

  - We regularly inspect our equipment for

     safety.

  - Proper Attendent/Operator training

        - To ensure that all State regulations

           are followed, all inflatable rides and

           attractions must be set up by Laser

           Adventure.

Payment Terms

  - Based on a minimum 3 hour rental

  - Units must be taken down before dark

  - Rentals require a 50% nonrefundable

    deposit with the balance due before delivery

  - All major credit cards, check, money order

    or cash is accepted

  - All rentals require a signed waiver and

    instruction form

  - Kentucky state tax of 6% is applied to all

    sales  

Delivery

  - $25 delivery fee within a 15 mile radius (additional fees for longer distances).  Taxes not included.
