Can we rent the inflatable for a party at the park?
You will need permission from the property owners.
Do you give rain checks?
During periods of severe weather conditions (winds above 15 mph, excessive rain, temperature below 45 degrees) we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. You always have the option to reschedule for another available date. Once the inflatable is setup, there will be no refunds.
What if the weather turns bad in a hurry?
If it begins to rain or storm with winds stronger than 15 mph, we ask that you turn the unit off and unplug it from the power source until the weather passes.
How much space is needed to set up an inflatable?
A minimum of 25 x 35 ft. space is needed to help ensure safety.
What kind of power source is needed?
Most units require a 120 volt power source. Our extension cords are commercial grade and reach up to 100 feet.
Can we hook it to a generator?
Yes, but it is recommended to connect to 120 volt generator. Generators are available from Laser Adventure for a fee. Our extension cords are commercial grade and reach up to 100 feet.
Can an inflatable be set up indoors?
Yes but you will need to have enough ceiling height to accommodate the inflatable and it must not be near hot lights, a/c vents or any other fire hazard.
Can I set up the inflatable near my pool?
The inflatable must be set up a at least 30 feet away from a pool or water front.
Can I pick up the inflatable and set it up myself to cut costs?
It is state regulation for Laser Adventure to ensure that the inflatable is properly set up and given a complete safety check. We will also need to provide safety training if one of our attendants will not be present.
How safe are your inflatable units?
All of our units are constructed from durable commercial grade vinyl with double and quadruple stitching. All of our inflatable units meet and/or exceed rental industry standards. Each of our inflatable units is equipped with a non-removable list of rules. We will also supply guidelines for safe use and recommended number of children that should be allowed to use the unit at one time.
What do I need to do before delivery?
The selected area must be flat and free from tree limbs and any utility lines. Also, make sure to have easy access to the site for delivery, and that there are no rocks, sticks, animal droppings or other debris in the area.
Are the inflatable units clean?
We clean the units after each rental before it is taken down. It is cleaned and wiped down thoroughly with an antibacterial agent. The units are stored in a clean dry area to ensure the units will ready for use at any time.
